‘Better Love’ is on fire from the first seconds on. Foxes shows of the higher register of her voice with the sentence ‘show me love’ and she sounds heavenly. The track builds up to a big moment and the bridge towards the chorus is where you hear the Bastille influences. We hear choir like backing vocals by Dan himself responding to Foxes’ sentences..
